Q: WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THESE SESSIONS?
A: Each live coaching call will last for one hour. You will be given a number to dial in to a conference call. Denise will be on the line presenting an information-packed class, with time for group participation scheduled in as well. Discussions will cover a range of topics related to nutrition and healthy lifestyle. You will also receive accompanying educational handouts, recipes, and manageable assignments each week to help you integrate what you are learning into your daily routine.

A: We believe in a whole foods, back to basics approach to your diet and your life style. This is not a fast track, quick fix, program where we push the latest fad diet. Instead, we are going to get you off the roller coaster and guide you on a clear and simple path to wellness. Q: WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE ONE OF THE SCHEDULED CALLS?
A: If you miss one of the scheduled calls, you’re entitled to a one-on-one make up session. However, each participant is entitled to only one make up.
Q: WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
A: If after attending the first live call you decide this program is not for you, you are entitled to a full refund as long as you notify us before the second class.
